Our founder Nikki M-Ferguson started baking as a hobby, making cakes and cupcakes for friends who she met with at Christian fellowship gatherings. From the outset Nikki sought to make cakes using the best possible ingredients, sourced from Fairtrade and free-range suppliers where possible. Her other passion is supporting worthwhile charitable causes, by using her gift of baking to increase awareness and support charities including LOVE146, Make A Wish and the homeless.

Through the encouragement of people in her circle, particularly those who tasted her cakes, Nikki then went on to launch Nikki's Bountiful Bakery as  a family run business founded in 2013 and based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom. She later went on to train as a level-3 patisserie chef, further developing her skills in French patisserie and confectionery.

Nikki's Bountiful Bakery now specializes in supplying luxury bespoke cakes to customers in Buckinghamshire, London and the surrounding areas, specializing in bespoke wedding cakes and stunning centrepieces.
